KCPL started as a trading unit nearly three decades ago and since then we have moved to manufacturing products to establishing a hi-tech state of the art manufacturing facility where we have all the latest machinery & equipment required to manufacture OEM quality products.

We source high quality alluminium tubes with double cladding to provide high water corrosion and excellent brazing quality. We understand that high efficiency louvered fins are one of the most critical components for heat exchangers, so we have mastered the art of producing High precision fins in-house.

With all the basic necessary machinery, we proudly say that we use high-precision core builder to assemble tube, fins, plates & brazing structures into radiator cores. Use of ultrasonic cleaning machine ensures no oil is present on our parts during its assembly.

We understand that just producing the products is not enough unless the product is put to stringent test to ensure that best quality is delivered to the customer. We have exemplary testing and research facilities for the development and validation of the product to meet customers demand as well as the high standards of quality. Stringent checks are implemented and maintained at all levels of manufacturing process. We have set of measures to fulfil evolving needs of the industry. We have modern leak test facility where every product is tested at industry standard capacity, to be extremely sure that the product can withstand promised quality and any condition it is used in.
